I'm on the verge of purchasing tinted film for the back lights of my euro from www.rockblocker.com (http://www.rockblocker.com)... does anyone know if this is leagle on the euro or any car? I don't like being pulled over. Someone in america has done it to their car... tho the picture makes it hard to view the full affect...

it is illegal regardless..as long as the lights can be seen when you brake, indicate or reverse and turn them on at night should be fine..its up the to the cops judgement if they want to fine u for it or not

Why oh why? It looks terrible.

Anyway - to answer your question - definately not legal in Vic. Contrary to ADRs. Lamps must be clear and untinted.

ok thanks... was only considering if it was legal... i'm tryin to think of a cheap but unique mod... tinting or a personalised number plate is too expensive atm... any ideas for what i could do?

Yes, leave your car the way it is. Euros are gorgeous. :)

Save up $3-500 and purchase a good quality set of lowering springs.

Yea i'm not goin to do it anymore, thanks for opinions ppl... yea thats what im thinking of doing aswell... i hear lowering springs put too much strain on the shock dampers tho? I would love to lower it but dont wana cause problems with the car... do you have anymore info on springs and the likes? coz that sounds like a good idea
