Does anyone know where best place to buy sports pedals suit Accord euro 2006 model: 6 speed manual

aftermarket / stick on / clip on sports pedals could slip or slide from the oem pedals. hence may cause troubles in emergency situation. eg: during heavy braking the clip on aluminum piece on the brake pedal suddenly came loose.

i think read somewhere it is illegal per RTA, but could not find the exact rule.

i can understand why the aftermarket pedal can slip and is 'illegal', but isn't the factory option OEM Honda 'sports pedals' also a clip on?

My understanding is that the at least the brake and clutch pedals must have rubber on it in order to prevent slipping if your shoes are wet. Most aftermarket pedals do not have rubber inserts (only made from metal), and are therefore illegal. The OEM sports pedals (for the Auto) aren't clipped on either - the brake pedal is bolted on using nyloc nuts, whilst the accelerator is fixed using rivets.

Is it that cheap? Honda quoted me $180 for my CU2.

Is installation of the Genuine pedals easy?
