18inch will fit just well. not lowered as the bodykit is already low. not too low and hitting all the kerbs and speedhums and effect the actual driving experience. (just my opinion)

probably not.
if u want a spoiler tho check JDMconcept.com.au 590 for spoon duckbill, or u can get Js GT wing for like 1.3k or for much cheaper variant look at ebay, u can get mugen style ones to fit GD3, but becareful u can end up getting shitty ones that hit the roof edge when the hatch opens like this /[GD3]Spoilers (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?149278-GD3-Rear-Spoilers-!-!)
