Very interested in doing the aforementioned to my set of LMs for a bit of extra offset + it looks way better.

From my understanding, the process just involves:

1. Removing all the bolts off the face
2. Separate Face from the lip/barrel
3. Clean
4. Remount face onto the rear of the barrel
5. Torque back up

Now the questions..

Can the bolts be re-used from front to back?
Use of locktite?
What torque settings to use for the bolts?

Any other info?

I would say do whatever you can think of to make the process better.

What you listed above all sounds good.

I would re-use.
I wouldn't bother with threadlock, but it won't hurt. I wouldn't use such a strong one though.
Just tighten it, not too important me think, just use common sense.

You should be fine to reuse as long as you dont strip any, or they arent too corodded.

torque them up to 20-24 ft/lb. Spin them on by hand, tighten up by finger in a criss cross, just like wheel nuts. Then go over them with the torque wrench, again in a criss cross style.

you can use some threadlocker.

Have you thought about rebarrelling?

not really.. can't run too more high offset that what i'll get by re-mounting the face.. would love to rebarrel but dont want that much attention lol
