Do I need a new front bumper?

I was thinking about getting a nice AEM Cold air intake, the thing is most eks with cold air have the front bumper with the fog light holes, mine does not have them, do i need to purchase one with the fog light holes in order for the cai to work?

No, it will still breathe air in a cavity like that inside the bumper in front of the wheel well. Shouldn't be a problem.
