K20 low rpm running rough and weird

Hey guys! hope you can help me out on my k20 dramas.

For example I'm just driving normaly and between 1000-3000rpm The car runs really rough. This only occurs for that 1000-3000rpm in every single gear.

I hold the throttle at lets say 20% and let the revs climb up slowly till 3000rpm ish and I can feel the revs be very uneven and feel it jump at (approx) 1500rpm and 2700rpm.

It's lacking more low end than it use to have.

So far ive change fuel filters, spark plugs to ngk iridiums, New Castrol edge 5w-30 and Oem coolant.

my car is a 2000 model ek Just incase you guys ask. And the car was running perfectly healthy for months. The problem occured one morning when i started the car to go to work as usual.

This issue happens when the engine is cold/hot.
