dunno if this has been covered cant find it on google but jdm dc2 foggies are they legal or not? and why? i'm not 100% sure why they are legal and illegal so need to be 100% sure

I don't know about your state, but in Queensland you cannot have fog lights on unless foggy/rain weather. It's a $40 fine to have them on during clear weather.

to have it fitted on your car as a fashion statement = legal

to turn the fog lights ON during normal weather = illegal (in most states afaik)

can only turn it ON during extreme weather, foggy, very heavy rain

is there also a rule where how the height is with the foggies? cause i heard of some guys with jdm fronts that the foggies cant be on, cause it's headlight height? i wanna clarify that
