EG Towbar compatability question

First up, I doubt this would be the case but would an EG towbar fit both a sedan and hatch or is there 2 separate designs?

from the experience i had removing the towbar from my sedan - i would say they are different

towbars are epic fail on civics tho - the safe loading that you can pull with them is like 2kg lol

and the bar itself ways like ... 5kg if not more =/

To answer the question, yes they are different. And they also have different weight ratings. Hatch is rated at 700kg sedan at 800kg

Thanks for the confirmation. It's cool Saint, I know it wont tow real well. Just need to move some renovation gear around at the moment getting it home from local shops and suppliers to save on deliveries and some tip runs. Wasn't planning on a trip around Oz or anything :P
