Wheel compatiblity for 8th Gen Accord Vti 2.4L 08

Hi,

Anyone be able to shed some light on compatible wheel spec for 08 8th gen VTI 2.4L?

I'm looking to change my OEM rims from 16" to 18". The original australian Accord wheel spec is 215/60/R16, different from US accord spec 225/50/R17.

Would the US wheel spec fits OK with Australian model?

Also can I have some idea of what is the range of wheel spec for 18" rim fits the australian model?

Yes, the wheel and tyre size for the US model will fit the Astralian model. The higher spec versions of the car in Australia come with 17" wheels and 225/50R17 tyres.

The tyre size in 18" should be 225/45R18 but I don't know if this size is available in Australia.
