87 Honda Integra ???

Hey guys

I got a Rover 418i and I was wondering, is it exactly the same as a 87 Honda Integra as in motor wise etc?? I've googled some about it but can't find a exact answer..

pretty sure its the d16a variant - brown top right ? You should be able to swap in a D16a8 from a EG Si or earlier ED CRX etc.

yeah i reckon its brown top... its got honda motors or something like that on it.

The rocker covers are also interchangeable if you want a 'different' look.

see what others say, but i thought they are pretty much just a 4 door version of the gen 1 teg.

Comparing Rover 416i with 1989 Integra:

The Rover added 2 extra doors and alloy wheels and deleted rear spoiler, rear disk brakes, and front fog lamps. They were otherwise identical, including engine. As for build quality and price - that's another matter entirely.
