Mod plate

Heys guys,

ive searched but can only find something relating to B16 not B18. How hard is it to

register a car that came with a 1.6 capacity to a 1.8

I've read where you can either get a form to "change of details on the car"

But the capacity is bigger, would i need a mod plate ?

wont be an issue, wont even need and engineers in nsw but i think other states are the same.

In nsw you will need to get a blue slip from memory and change the details at the RTA

Check with your local road authorities. Their website will tell you everything you need to know, otherwise give them a call or ask a local mechanic/engine building company.

In VIC you will need a plate, can't use any other engine that wasn't a standard option in the AUDM release of the car.
