It sells very well in America,but then America is a huge country,and a massive new car market.

Here's better yardstick, how many Lexus LX's/BMW 328i/Infiniti G25/Volvo s60 were sold? Considering those 6cyl saloons are all within 10% of the Msrp of the TSX ($32k ish for BMW/Lexus/Infiniti vs. 30k ish for Acura/Volvo.

its just 2k different in usa, compare with nearly double the price for lexus and bmw..hmm interesting

Acura competes with Lexus,BMW,Mercedes,Infiniti,and Audi.
Honda competes with Toyota,Nissan,Mazda,Volkswagen in the USA.

but same model with different badge here sell as accord euro and sell in usa as accura.. why honda doesn't sell the car in australia with acura badge to compete with lexus, bmw and audi

They don't have enough models for a reasonable lineup
The Acura TSX is sold here as the Honda Accord Euro; as we all know. The defunct Acura RSX was sold here as the Honda Integra. The Acura RL is sold here as the Honda Legend. The Acura MDX used to be sold here supposedly for the time we did not have a Honda Legend. The Acura RDX is a (thirsty) turbo version of the Honda CRV and the Acura TL is a bloated car designed for American tastes and is supposedly a Honda Accord underneath. Not much left to sell...
