joe.teg is right and if you want to get more info on crossover noise there is lots of previous threads available via search engine.

Do a head build then IMO. Cam shafts + gears, supporting valve train, head work (port, grind, match manifolds), new TB/IM. Then you'll have more power and tougher crossover.

If you want the car to go faster get an ITR 4.7FD GBox and a lightweight flywheel.

Well, if you wanna do it in steps so its not a huge amount of money all at once, def start with a 2.5" free flowing, stainless mandrel bent exhaust, from the stock manifold back. Get a 100 cell cat for good flow, run a resonator halfway and a muffler at the rear. Thatll reduce the drone while keeping a nice rasp.

Then after that id get a set of headers, and a real cold air intake.

Afterwards you can start to do some headwork. Buy a bare head, buy some cams and gears, valve springs and a set of oversized valves to match the port/grind job. Get a new intake mani and TB like dougie said.

Then after thats all done, get yourself an ECU, a hondata is a good choice, and get it tuned.
