the rear tray is held with 4 plastic lugs - which can be loose and broken after 10 odd years sittign in the sun :)
Try tightening the screws either side of these - or try to find some new / fresh ones to tighten up the lugs grip.

Hmmm... i cant find these lugs. But i found a screw in the middle wich seems tight. The problem is the cover near the rear seatbelts which are located at the edges of the shelf cover. The edges are loose and rattle against the rear window. Any photos regarding these plastic lugs would be a great help.
Thanks.

I had a similar problem, i just got some foam and taped it up against the culprit, looks shite but there's no squeaky ...it's a temp fix i guess

Tape the 4 plastic lugs with some electrical tape, it will stop the noise.
Blue Tack is also a good temp fix.
