Hey guys i have done a dc2r dash conversion in my eg [soldered dc2 harness into my eg plugs] , now i have tried using the heater but it does not work anymore. I have wired everything correctly, the movement of the heater positioning still works.

PS: There is a slight cold breeze while driving unless i push the flow through car button

Does anyone have anything that they can help me with? Didn't bother me but now that it's starting to get colder it's not the best thing not to have.

Check that the actual metal line connected
Thru to the engine bay heater core inlet isn't kinking up or even not connected.
Can you feel alight resistance on the HOT-COLD slider or does it feel very loose and easy to move ?

Also is the actual fan underneath connected ? Does it work at all ?

the hot cold slider is very hard like it was when i had the eg dash still in, haven't really noticed a fan underneath. any ideas on how to find out if it works? I'll go have a look again, i really just don't want to take off my dash again.

Checked out the fan, nothing is kinked or seems wrong at all.
Seems like the fan don't work or something else maybe, any info on how to fix the fan??

There is a plug which goes into the fan - is it connected ?

Yeah the plug is in, I've also got 2 blue plugs which are not in, are they maybe the problem??
I think those 2 plugs are either for the glove box light.
