Found this in yesterday's CarsGuide.

It seems Honda have woken up and realised that people still want fun, sports cars (not just hybrids). The article suggests that we could see a return of the Integra and possibly the Prelude, as well as a new Beat.
I have done a quick google and I cannot seem to find more info, however I do hope its true.

YES!
As much as I love doing my bit for the environment I do hope they don't make any of these cars a Hybrid or Ev type it will totally kill the awesomeness that is these cars.

Agreed, fail wheel drive is not good in anyway. They say it keeps the cost down, but people who really wanna buy a Honda wouldn't mind paying extra for some actual handling characteristics. They're just lazy and cheap.

I had a auto Prelude VTi ('99 model). Best car I ever had by far. Leave the sensiblemobiles to Hyundai and Toyota. Honda used to make such cleverly designed beautiful cars and a new updated Prelude would surely be exciting and fill a void in the market for such a thing.

FWD can be fun, and for the road, it's more than enough. I guess they want to keep with the heritage of the names. I mean both Prelude and especially the Integras have their followers. If you wanted a RWD track buddy, you'ld be looking at the S2k and NSX anyway, of which the later is being remade.
