Hey guys, ive recently noticed that rear left rim is scrubbing against some black plastic, i think its the fuel tank or something covering it. Is it dangerous in anyway?
Thanks in advance guys

this isnt very helpful, but its common with wideish wheels and tyres. its happened to myself, ekdez and threesix afaik. im sure in theory it could be dangerous, but in 3 years, nothing has happened to me... not to say there isnt a chance of anything happening.

i covered up the hole with some thick tape that has kind of concaved in so nothing gets in there if that helps.

i cut mine down the side, and gaffa taped the shit out of it to make it flatter, its hiding the fuel lines btw..

U only Touch that cover when the car is jacked up. Shouldn't come close when the car is down if it is the same cover I'm thinking of?!?

Ahaha ill take a photo when i get the rears rolled for you. Do you any scrubbing in there?
Nah when car is jacked up the wheel doesnt have camber so it doesnt rub on it. Its like some soft black plastic at the rear on the left.

My rear scrubs squeaks and clunks.

But my setup isn't adjusted to what I want yet.

your problem is probably your tires..
this was x9.5 +30
but as you can see my plastic thing has been scrubbed back a bit.. so i cut it vertically and then gaffa taped it down =)
