[CL9-MY05Lux]Problem with my Euro while turning and accelarating from 0

Just noticed recently and getting louder. Every time I turn my steering mostly full lock
I can hear from the front of the car a ticking/clanking noise, same as from acceleration from 0 and if I give it a good go.

Is it the CV joints playing? or something else?

Sounds like CV joints.Go to an empty carpark and drive slowly from lock to lock in a figure 8 and if you get clicking,rattling noise that's what it'll be.
