Type R Seats

hi,

I am driving a dc2 type r and i am considering fitting in the dc5 type s seats on my car. just wondering if any1 would know if the dc5 seats will fit onto the dc2??

They can't fit together. Need to mod the seat rail to fit it or make a new seat rail. Why you want to change your recaro seats?

are u referring to the new integra type S, there seats has side airbag device attached to it , actual the whole airbag module

Can I ask what the hell is wrong with Dc2r Recaros? Or is yours totally screwed? Becoz theres theres hardli ne difference between dc2r and dc5r recaros.

I saw dc2r recaro replicas at the momo shop selling for around $1,100 some time last year... when i say replicas they are real recaro, but are a replica of the seat that recaro did for the type r. I think they actually call the seat the recaro type r...

That my be an option if ur current recaros are seriously damaged... You can also try an auto trimmer. If just want to change to dc5r recaros for preference sake, then u have very expensive taste =P~~~

Different center material and recaro word stiching location on headrest area.

nothing wrong wth seats, just wondering about type s seats onto the dc2r

DC5 R Recaos are wider in the hips and ass section and don't fit into every car - like I had togo DC2 recaro because DC5 recaros are toow ide and don't fit in the prelude

Type S seats are not DC5R Type R seats.
