Wheel alignment + car balancing

Hey,
I'm just looking for opinions for a local place to do a good wheel alignment
and balancing of the car, ie playing with the suspension etc to get around 50-50 balance front and rear (not to sure what's the best :S)

I heard from my friend that jax car screwed his up, as it the wheel was still angled.
So any input is awesome! :)

And yes, I've tried the search button, it didnt help for me :(
