Rear clicking noise while braking

Hey guys
My EG civic I's making a clicking noise coming from around the rear left tyre when braking. It doesn't happen when braking at speed it's only when coming to a stop?
Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Check your brakes in the back. Just a guess , the pads could be moving around in the calipers.or hotspots on drums.

Already checked the brakes there fine. Cleaned them and everything.
