Need to get some things fixed before I go for a defect inspection.

I have an EG5 the seatbelts at the back one of them are stuck it won't move when I pull it, how can I fix this?

Another problem is for other seatbelt don't retract, how can I fix a seatbelt that don't retract anymore?

If I am not wrong, Honda have lifetime warranty for seat belts. You have to clean the seat belt to make it working again.

if it doesnt work then it doesnt work, you cant fix seat belts.
different matter if they just retract slowly.

Are the front seat belt retraction adjustable??
