Honda Accord Euro v/s Acura TSX

do we have a catalogue somewhere where we can tell what acura parts will fit the Euro.
the TSX parts prices are cheaper compared to the local dealer prices.
i would like to find all maintenance parts for the Euro and buy from the US as TSX but i wanna make sure they will fit the Euro
any ideas??

they should pretty much all fit, except for maybe some interior pieces. mechanically they are almost identical.

on that site you can browse through the part numbers for acuras and see if they correspond to the accord part numbers(obviously not the accord on that site as it is the usa version) I do not have a page with euro accord part numbers.

Pretty much all TSX parts fit the Euro.

The difference is that they are LHD whereas we are RHD. So some parts like the Comptech front strut bar don't fit without some creative modification. But for almost everything else, the parts are interchangeable.

Depends on the header. DC Sports header fits without modifications, whereas Comptech requires an adjustment to the subframe (i.e. banging it in!)

i have a 09 tsx in the states, most parts are interchangeable :)

I am looking for a CCFL Halo Led strip headlight for Honda Accord euro. Want to purchase from USA. I found headlight only for TSX , i asked few seller whether the headlight fit to euro version. One of them told me that he is not sure, another one that it does not. As i know accord euro and tsx almost identical cars. My question is would the headlight for tsx would fit to euro version
