CL9 Window regulator

Hi, Just wanted to see if a Honda Acura TSX in USA is equivalent to Accord Euro CL9 in australia. I am trying to find a front left passenger door window regulator and motor. Honda australia is charging around $400 for it:( I have looked at the accura TSX part number 72250-SEC-A02 but not sure is it is the same as the AUS version. Also if it is the same would it matter that the USA left is the drivers door and ours is the passenger door i.e without all the door switches? Thanks!

shouldn't matter as they should be the same. Maybe try the local wreckers first?

Anyone know if the Acura TSX RHS(passenger on LHD car) window regulator 72210SECA02 is the same as the Accord Euro driver's side (RHS on RHD car) window regulator 72210SEA013 or 72210SEA023?
