View Full Version : Sparco ultra seat legality

hey guys i got defected the other day with my S2000 seats because 1 of my brackets is missing so i want to know if i can get my car cleared with my sparco ultra (fixed back) but im unsure if they are legal in nsw, this is the first time ive ever dealt with nsw and defects etc so i have no idea. any help would be great

Sparco seats aren't ADR approved as far as I know, so therefore you'd need an engineer's report or similar depending on your local road laws. Just put the standard seats back in, clear the defect, and if you feel so inclined, reinstall the Sparco.
Edit: So no, you wouldn't pass a defect.

havent got a standard seat, only got S2000 seats and this sparco sprint hence why i was gonna try clear the defect that way
