I would recommend not spending so much on something that will cost far too much for far too little results.
If you must, get your old flywheel lightened.

Firstly a b series flywheel will not suit your car
Secondly , you need to get a flywheel to suit
Your transmission - it is unique and all
Other D series flywheels/clutches won't fit. My point is you will
Have a tough time trying to find a compatible flywheel !
TODA and exedy both make a flywheel to suit. IF you can find it - I say go for
It. It's the best response-per$-spent of any modification on a D series car.
I had a eg5 si with only a hd clutch kit and toda flywheel , better acceleration and response.
Please pm TODA AU to get an idea on the cost (about 350$ i think ?)

$350 for a TODA flywheel - thats not bad at all =)
i paid about $500 posted for my clutch and flywheel from Exedy USA
i had the option to get a 7lbs fidanza flywheel - but i didnt want it to be that light - so i went for 11lbs (i think stock on my D15b7 is 17lbs?)
even now its a little bit violent at lower speed/revs - but the engine response is well worth it
i did loose a little bit of torque as well (not that the D15b7 has much)
for anyone that is about to get a lightened flywheel - i recommend they read this first - just so they know exactly what changes are being made to the engine/gearbox

at least get your stock flywheel machined - may as well clean it up or replace it while you are doing the clutch

Get an Exedy HD clutch + lightweight flywheel, I think that's the TheSaint did and he reckons it's great.

Light fly is one mod where I could feel the difference. Recommend it!

yeah - USDM Exedy O.E. Clutch and USDM Exedy Lightened Flywheel
nice setup - not too violent down low, didnt sacrifice to much torque and it gained alot of response
can really play with the rev range now =)
