mate with I/H/E your car is not tuned yet.... you will need an after market to tune it to max the potential of I/H/E

I dont understand your question but im taking a guess here at what your sayin here in my reply..

Depending how much gain you want and how much you want to spend.
You can get a piggy back system such as a VAFC II... probably one of the cheapest but with the least amount of gains..
If your after big gains, buy a nice ecu such as a hondata, autronic, micro-tech, motec etc and spend some money buyin some hours on a dyno with a nice tuner...

Ive heard good things about PRO-ECU .. both Himself as a tuner and his ECU software.

I am using Apexi Power fc. I got 143.7kw @ the wheel ( First run was 95 kw @ the wheel ). The mods as below:

Toda B cam and cam gear ( Big power gain )
Toda valve spring ( protect engine and more accurate for valve open or close )
Mugen headgasket ( Little bit power gain )
Port & polish head ( power gain )
70mm throttle body ( get better throttle respond )
Fuel regulator ( No power gain, just for more stable and fuel pressure )
Hotwire cable ( you will feel power gain after you install )
NGK Ir spark plug ( rating 7 ) ( I will try HKS Ir ( rating 8-9 ) )
HKS twin power ( good for mods )
HKS racing suction intake system ( got more 5 kw than the factory air box with spoon filter and cold air duct on dyno )
5 zigen header ( Gain 3 kw on dyno )
Mugen cat-back exhaust ( The best exhaust system, very quiet )
spoon flywheel & clutch ( I think excedy is better than spoon )

I would recommend the apexi power afc and or the apexi vafc , but i would stay away for the greddy emanage not mater wat people say bout them i had major dramas with mine, was in the car for a week and then was ripped out and replace with a haltech e6x ecu which has been awsome for tuning, but be aware for the cost of the actual dyno tuning as with a full aftermarket, some dont come with base maps and have to be fully tuned up for scratch as did mine on my b18a turbo motor...

I believe, the apexi power fcs are chipped only for the ITRs and Silvias.

There certainly is more fine tuning available for your B18C. But u r talking some serious money to take it past I/H/E. Ask edw-R
GO TURBO! :D
