HID Ballast?

Hey guys,

Recently on my DC5, the left hand headlight (left from sitting in driver's seat), seems to turn on then off? From the headlights being switched off, i would turn on the headlights and for around 10 seconds it works fine, then the left hand side would automatically turn off. If i turn off my headlights and turn it on again, it will also again turn on but then turns off in around 5 seconds?
The HID's has been installed for around 8 months i'd say? But i do a lot of night time driving.
Is this a problem with the Ballast? or is it a wiring problem or bulb problem?
If so, what is the best way to get it repaired? or does it need replacing?

Take the car to a professional but from my personal experience it was the ballast but could be a different problem in ure case

Could be the earthing on the HID kit if its a HI/LO kit.

Re-do your grounding and what not. Try different ballast, switch them around.
