Ed sedan and civic exchangeable parts

Ok ok are the Ed3 sedan and the ed6 hatchbacks have many interchangeable parts? Like a door for example? Can I rip that out and fit it into the other?

by the looks of it the ED6 door is longer than the ED3 door.

but mechanical parts are all interchangable so is the interior.

Doors are different t, windscreen is different doors trims are different. Other than that everything is the same.
