Weird Sound from steering wheel

a weird noise comes out from my steering wheel every time it turns left, the noise comes out at 45 - 60 degrees turns (the steering wheel, not the car). it sounds like a weird short rattle sound, like something is twisted. sounds a bit like the Ju On Ghost ...
anyone know if something is damaged in it? is this mean that the car is dangerous to drive? i dont want to lose control of it when i'm driving :confused:

Btw, car is Civic FD1 2008 VTIL.

hey man, have u punched the steering wheel once? lol sounds stupid but happened once to me. i punched the steering wheel and the horn components and casing cracked and lil pieces of metal were in there and everytime i turned at a certain angle it would move and make noise.
