How to remove black plastic sill panel from eg hatch?

Hi guys, looking to remove my sills from the car (I think their called sills, black plastic piece from front wheel arch to rear wheel arch underneath doors). I've removed all the screws from underneath but cant seem to pull the sill off still. I'm only removing the sills so I can access the bolt that holds the guard on so if theres another way to access it that would also be helpful. Thanks

That black plastic sill/side molds are held on by clips. You gotta remove the splash guard to undo the clips properly, you gotta squeeze the clips with a clamp of some sort and push it out from behind.

Remove front wheel, undo clips/bolts that hold splash guard and just pull it off slowly.

I've already removed the splash guard (you mean wheel well inner plastic right) and the wheel. I cant see any clips though, are they only on the ends? Do you mean reach in from the wheel arch sides with pliers and squeeze somehow.

As in slide to the front on the car? Or push inwards to towards the seats?
