REDLINE MTL or MT90 ? ?

about to change my manual gear oil, currently using Castrol VMX80 (75W/80), and heard some good reviews on REDLINE, just like royal purple, Motul and Amsoil.

question down to MTL or MT90, MTL is 70W/80 while MT90 is 75W/90

which one do u think is better for an integra GSi with high kms ? ?

even though its not on the list i think oem mtf is the best, cant go wrong with it. before i was use castrol syntrax on my car. switched to oem mtf and shifting became smoother especially going into 2nd on my ep3, and took track abuse a lot more better too.
