Hey, not sure where to post this - so I'll post it here, sounds pretty 'noobish'.

I'm wanting to purchase a C-pillar Bar for my Integra, just wondering if its a defect, or if it interfered much with the passengers in the back seat etc? thanks for the help.

Ive had them in both my dc2rs. Looks very cool from outside. I believe it would be a defect as passangers in the back can hit their head, it also requires mounting to the rear seat belt mounts which could implicate passenger safety

In saying that, ive never been botherd by the cops. I got a T1R brace this time in carbon so its a bit more stealth

Do you have any pictures? if not its all good, just curious. I don't really wanna get defected though.. when installing it, whats involved?

Yeah the position of the pillar is right behind their head/neck so it would probably be a defect. Im planning to get one as well later but im going to get an em racing one from passwordjdm since you can just take it off easily when you got passengers. There a DIY by a member on here

Oh wow, thanks for the link, that's awesome. Can you angle it back a tad so the passengers in the rear don't knock their head?

Probably could angle it back abit but i dont think itll make a huge difference though, still dangerous for passengers. Are you going to be tracking? just register your car as a 2 seater, no need for passengers lol

Yeah haha, I just looked at the EM Racing one, http://passwordjdm.com/EM-Racing-Quick-Release-C-Pillar-Tie-Bar-P681C14.aspx

might get that one, when I get the bitches in the back, I'll take the bar out! haha
