Buddyclub N+ making whistling noise under acceleration

Hi guys I have a EM1 running buddyclub N+
few days ago my brother lowered 20mm all round from stock, under acceleration I can now hear a whistle from the front driver side strut.
Are my struts faulty or am I in need of a wheel alignment?/ very confused atm.

this is very hard question/fault to work out over the internet, your best get a wheel alignment to correct your wheel alignment setting (After any removal of suspension parts your best to get wheel alignment to redure early tyre wear)and ask to go on a stort road test with the mechanic after the wheel alignment
