Hey everyone!
need to upgrade my clutch for my '96 ek4 VTi-R, however i've heard word that most b16a engines have varying clutch diameters ( either 238.5 mm or 247.5 mm)
1. is this true?
2. is there an easy way to find out what my civic has without a dismantle?

help would be appreciated :)

The following manual cars in australia use the same/compatible clutch and flywheel

EK4
EM1
DC2/R
DC4
Which is B series , hydraulic transmission , 92-00.

there is different diameters - because the B16a came in both cable and hydraulic clutch-operated gearboxes. Same engine and input shaft tho just the clutch was ever so slightly different

bennjamin,
do you know if the different diameter clutches correspond to the cable/hydraulic operation side of things?
