Newly registered Gerry Kolaitis leads Overall fastest is at 01:11.43 and also the 4WD turbo open class. 6 cars are currently competing in the NA<2L class, Daniel Leong leads with a 01.11.78. Interestingly if this was wheel to wheel racing it would come down to a photo finish for Gerry and Daniel. The same could be said for the guys in 3rd and 4th Terry Swan and Sean Ryan respectively.
With a wheel alignment not fully able to utilize Wakefield’s surface Justin Fox leads in the FWD class. Steve Reed trails behind in the Mazda 3 MPS (+ 1.05 second gap) that is still very new to Wakefield, I believe with some seat time he should be able to close the gap.
