does a jdm db8 vtir have same gearbox as a type r?

Hey guys just wondering if a jdm db8 integra vtir use the same gearbox as a integra type r? if so is it just as good?

I think there different.. the type r gb should have shorter ratios i think. I have a DB integra myself
