Need Help WIth Rims

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if ROTA Grids will clear the stock brake caliper on a '05 GD3??
The size I'm going for are 15x6.5 +38.

My previous rims, XXR 501s, left less than a 1mm gap between the back of the spoke and the caliper.

This is the culprit:

I've been told that the design does allow for big brake setups but I cant get a guarantee AND theres no chance of me getting a test fit.

unfortunately i cant guarantee anything either but I've been told that 35-42 was good for a 7" wide rim.
but those rims look like they are bent to make room for the calipers.

they say that it should be ok.

what where the specs of the old rim?
