Any car using Automatic ECU ? Have u tried to reset the ecu ? Your car is running in Limp mode.
Do you have enough oil ?
have you check O2 sensor ?
did you damage any sensor by mistake ?
Check for any code (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?8218-DIY-CHECK-ECU-for-j00-!&highlight=car+Rev+Past)

is it a USDM ECU? i had a USDM P28 on my D15v7 and it always ran rich as hell - had to get ebay FPR to try lean it out

also - does it have launch control enabled?

im looking at doing a D16y1 headswap on my D15b7 - got any write ups on how to do the wiring?

hey man (thesaint) i built my motor following this build from the states. you should check it out.
http://www.d-series.org/forums/engine-building/21761-building-powerful-street-na-d16y8-z6.html.

u should check out some wreckers to see if u can find a d16y1 head and do a head swap
