just curious whats the best easy an cheap engine swap for a integra ls? im not after full power just something better then the b18a something with good torque.. after a price for the engine + what else is needed an labour. any suggestions??? thanks. im from mlebourne

Whats ur budget man?????? easy to say u want this. and also how much of the labor will you be doin? or you simply looking for a drive in - drive out scenario? few workshops that can do it for you, but its expensive!!!! an unless you know them personally, dont count on mates rate!

B18B? If you're on a tight budget you could probably pick it up really cheap. I hear they go pretty well in DA's, they just have a shitty gearbox.
B20 Vtec is pretty popular these days though, I would love to do one myself.

Just put a B16A cable GBox on it. Ratios will make it go harder. Otherwise go B20VTEC or w/e.
