under steering wheel

hey i am about to purchase a s2000 and was looking at the car i noticed that under the steering wheel you can see all the wireing is this normal or should their be a cover or something?

It really depends to be honest.. Are they covered with the corrugated loom pipes? They shouldn't be too colourful.. When I look under my steering wheel, I don't really see any wires, until I look further under the column cover.. ;)

there aren't much plastics under there.

pretty hard to get under there though.
