EK4 front brake set up + hubs, knuckles etc - bolt on to eg?

Hey guys,

im looking to upgrade my front brakes on my eg, i got a mate that is selling front complete brake set up from an ek4 so just wondering if it easy bolt on ?

EK4/EG6/DC2/EM1 etc are all interchangeable from the hubs, brakes rear trailiing arms etc.

LCA and sway bars differ between the EG/DC and EK/EM.

sorry mate it wont work like that. your eg will have 242mm rotors as the ek4 will have 262mm. u can't just swap the rotors u need to change the entire hub to support the upgrade in size.

handbrake lines are not interchangeable, you will need the disc brake lines for disc.

you will need the hubs + knuckles as well.. and probably good idea to upgrade the bmc, booster and prop valve

I would honestly just get a 282mm setup if you're spending the money.
