One of my mates has used them in his ITR box and thinks they're awesome. No issues. Somebody else I know is planning to use them for his B16A LSD box.

Box need to be in really good nic to use these,
As the don't come with the hub & sleeve,
Or you'll need to buy an OEM hub ring & sleeve set + the carbon rings
& if it's popping out of gear you need to add counter or main gears too.
Other than that, they're better than stock rings.

Just use OEM as what Adrian says it comes complete with synro + hub ring + sleeve. 80% of gear changes from crunching is from worn hub/sleeve.
