B18B Rattle, need help urgently!

Just started the Integra today and suddenly had a weird, loud rattling sound in the engine.. I've been trying to figure it out all morning, but no clue what it is.. To me it sounds like something in the Distributor, But i don't know to much about the engine side of cars.

Don't worry guys, spent all day working at and found that the timing was out just slightly and that was causing the valves to hit pistons -.-

All put together now and working great! For now...
