75mm = 3inches so thats the normal size..
what do u mean by adapter ? cant you just clamp it on the stock intake arm ?

Something like this:
http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/Calibre-Plastic-Filter-Adaptor-CALPA11.aspx?pid=155266#Description
But just like to make sure thats what I need, as I dont think I can just clamp it on!

Get a small piece of 3" aluminium pipe, stick the pod on one end and shove the other end up into the rubber intake arm. Done.

Super Cheap Auto, Autobahn, Repco. Any automotive retailer will sell you a nice shiny one for a ripoff price of about $20-30.
My suggestion (in hindsight) would be to get a piece of PVC plumbing pipe from Bunnings. Will do the same job exactly at a fraction of the cost. People have made full intakes with PVC piping with good effect.
