Silly question...
My windows used to go up/down automatically if i press the button hard enough. Its not doing it anymore for some reason, i have to keep holding it now.
I recently unplugged the battery and probably reset the ECU.

1. Check the plugs under the trim are all plugged in
2. check the wires for the plugs are all ok and intact.
3. Check if the rails for the window are all ok and bolted in tight.
4. Replace the Motor

not sure if this will help, but on some holdens you have to re-program that back into the switch. When i removed the battery and reconnected it, it wouldn't do it, same as yours.
On a barina, when the window is fully closed press the button up again and somehow it programs that feature back into the switch. Give it a try

Yeap this fixed it. Window fully closed and hold the button up for a few seconds...
Thanks for the input guys.
