if he changed timing belt at around 250000Km, that's mean he did not service his car well. But 3200$ for 1999 coupe is way cheap. i reckon that something is wrong with the car. Get a mechanic to check the car,

Dont bother. Wouldn't you feel safer buying a little more expensive car with less KM?
Im not saying that less KM = better but it would make you feel more secure about the vehicle.

well, it was a dud. buyer thought it was fantastic though.
as for the kms, it wasnt an issue. had awesome compression, engine was perfect.
everything was fine apart from the body.
was hit from the back and all the way up the side.

So it was repaired. Unless you repair a car yourself don't bother in the future cause you never know if the repair was done well or not. Like I had one rear repair and now it leaks water to the boot

Yeah it wasn't a good repair job. Guy ended up getting the dirts because a big fuss was made over a 3k car. Hiding the fact that it's been hit in nearly every part of the body? Well who would want that...
