Hey guys im planning on installing my SARD fuel Pressure regulator into my Kswap delsol
currently the car has no FPR and has been using this setup
FUEL HARD LINES > BLACK FUEL HOSE > FUEL FILTER> BLACK FUEL HOSE > FUEL RAIL

Now Ive got two options either use the stock fuel rail or buy aftermarket, i was
just wondering if anyone body has used the stock fuel rail and how was their setup or
if you could provide me fitting sizing and braided line sizes so i can purchase them.
Ive been looking at AN -6 fittings and braided line, what sizes did you use?.
I also can get a fuel rail aftermarket if need be.

Not quite sure on the plumbing setup sorry =P
But the K20A Fuel Rail is happy for 500+ HP, don't upgrade it unless you have to.. No need

It all depends on your budget

We've done a few swap with the stock fuel rail due to budget constraints. We simply run rubber lines to the Fuel pressure regulator

If you have the budget for an aftermarket fuel rail and braided lines, then why not. It adds a nice look to the engine bay. Have a look at u_mad set-up. Thats the fuel rail that we are stocking at the moment for K-series. Shoot me a PM if your interested in a fuel rail and FPR

In terms of size, -6an braided is what you need

Well i can get a fuel rail no problems , i just need help on the fittings sizes and how it is mounted up ?

On the stock rail system you did, how was it set up >? fuel hard lines > fuel pressure reg > fuel filter > stock fuel rail?

Post a pic of the current setup. It must have some sort of FPR.

And buy quality fittings, you don't want to skimp out of cheapo fittings and leak and catch on fire. Go to earls or motorsport connection and get those with there braided lines. Just sit down when they give you the invoice LOL.

It didnt have a FPR :S, okay just before i installed it FUEL FILTER> FPR > FUEL RAIL using rubber fuel hose with screw type clamps but its leaking from the fuel pressure regulator now :S, do the input in the fpr have to be from a specific port? or just any of the two?

did you see the ebay links i posted they are earls lines only 30 dollars a metre, wouldnt 1 metre of braided line be enough?

Yes,
You can have the reg on the firewall, in the tank or where ever you please.
The rail then becomes a 1 shot system with no return from the rail per stock k-series (reg in the tank)
Or you can have a filter - rail - reg setup per usual.
Just be sure to use quality fittings.

I used the stock fuel rail with Russell fitting 640863 to connect it to my braided -6 setup

Don't bother with ebay fittings, go to summitracing.com, prices are cheap and quick shipping

I'm using an aeromotive a1000-6 fpr, you only need that single Russell fitting to suit the stock fuel rail, otherwise I used the Hybrid racing kit, then chopped it up to extend some lines to hide the fpr. (http://www.hybrid-racing.com/store/hybrid-racing-k-series-fuel-line-kit-for-92-00-civic-and-94-01-integra.html)

In total, I used 1.3mm of line but your chassis is prob different to mine.
