Hi guys,
Can someone tell me whether the CG 2.3L ever came in a manual or were they all autos?

How is the fuel economy of the 2.3 Vs the 3.0?

And, if it only is in auto, how is the auto box? I know when they go they are expensive to fix.

Lastly, is the CG a lot better than the CD?

Thanks

from what iv herd the auto in the 2.3 live longer than the 3.0. as long as you service the trans at least every second service they should last a while.i have the 3.0.

I think auto gearbox service intervals are usually 50-80,000km?

Have you had any issues with your car?
How is it on petrol?
Any advice you can give me?

my mechanic changes the trans oil every second service.there was a time it was a bit funny with the gear change but he put a oil filter for the trans.so its ok now.i get about 500k from about 55 litres.
