Is it possible to read what year the engine was made from its number?

Trying to figure out which year my B16A1 was made
Reason I ask is because I'm trying to find out whether it's OBD0 or OBD1 as the 92/93 B16A1's were OBD1

You can't tell from the engine number but if you look at the head there will be circles stamped on the exhaust side with numbers in each circle. Each circle will be evenly divided with a number in each semi circle.

The first two circles are the year and the month. So if it is 9 | 5 and say 1 | 2 then that means the engine is December 1995.
